Your First Visit, Step by Step

Never been to our office before? Here is how it goes. Print and fill out your patient forms ahead of time, bring your insurance card and a photo ID, and plan to arrive a few minutes early. From there, our team reviews your health history, listens to what brought you in, and walks you through any recommended care in plain language before anything happens.

Plenty of our first-time visitors come to us on the recommendation of a neighbor or coworker, and quite a few have not seen a dentist in years. Either way, you will be welcomed the same. No lectures, no judgment, just an honest conversation about where your mouth stands and what your options are.

A lot of our patients were nervous first-timers once too. Let us know when you call, and we will plan a gentle visit from the start, with nitrous oxide or oral sedation available if you would like it. Many folks find that one relaxed appointment changes how they feel about the dentist for years to come.

Paying for Care Without the Guesswork

We accept most major dental insurance plans, and we welcome Medicaid for children and many adult Medicaid value-added plans. If treatment goes beyond what your plan covers, CareCredit and Sunbit let qualified patients spread the cost into monthly payments. Walk-Ins, Same-Day Emergencies, and Saturday Hours

A toothache does not check your calendar before it shows up. That is why walk-ins are welcome at our Highway 90 office every day we are open, and why we keep room in the schedule for same-day emergencies. Our motto is “We'll See You…Today!” and we work hard to live up to it.

We are open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Those Saturday mornings are a lifesaver for working families from Boutte, Paradis, Destrehan, Luling, Hahnville, and Des Allemands who cannot take time off during the week.

Once you are established with us, everything gets simpler. Our team keeps your records, remembers how you like your visits to go, and helps you schedule cleanings ahead of time so you never fall behind.
