Dr Do
Minh Do, D.D.S.
Dr. Minh Do was born and raised on the Westbank. He received his Bachelor of Science from Xavier University and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the LSU School of Dentistry. Dr. Do is an avid football fan, especially the New Orleans Saints. He enjoys running and lifting weights.

Joseph R. Lacoste, Jr., D.D.S.
Dr. Lacoste was born and raised in the New Orleans area. After graduating high school from The New Orleans Academy in 1972, he received his undergraduate degree from the University of New Orleans. He then went on to receive a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans in 1980. Dr. Lacoste is a member of the American Dental Association, the Louisiana Dental Association, the New Orleans Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He always finds time to be with family and friends, and enjoys fishing and playing music.

Joseph H. Le, D.D.S.
Dr. Le was born in Saigon, Vietnam, but he was raised by a Cajun in Basile, Louisiana. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Biochemistry from Louisiana State University, and a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from LSU School of Dentistry. Dr. Le enjoys doing charity work and watching football. He also loves his job: “I was born to be a dentist,” says Dr. Le.

Khanh Luong, D.D.S. – Orthodontist
Dr. Luong received an undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana – Lafayette, then a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. He completed a residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Luong enjoys soccer and golf.

Ronald A. Mancuso, Jr., D.D.S.
Dr. Ronald Mancuso was born in New Orleans and graduated Jesuit High School before receiving his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans in 1976. Among other positions, he served as Chairman for the New Orleans Dental Conference and had the pleasure of being its representative at several Dental meetings.

He enjoyed practicing family dentistry in his private Metairie practice for many years and continues to always enjoy the people aspect of dentistry. Dr. Mancuso and his wife, Lee, reside in Old Metairie. They have two grown children and five young grandchildren. This brings lots of family fun along with other favorites — duck hunting, fishing, cooking the “catch of the day” and cheering the LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints. Game days are always favorite days to make a gumbo!


Luis Moncada, D.M.D. – Periodontist
Dr. Moncada was raised in Miami, Florida, where he attended Florida International University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in biology in 2002. He then attended Boston University and earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine. After graduating, he practiced general dentistry in the Boston area and was appointed to the position of Managing Clinical Director of a group practice. His quest for knowledge and understanding of dentistry led him to pursue a three-year, highly-specialized program of Periodontal and Implant training at Louisiana State University. During his residency, Dr. Moncada dedicated much of his time to research involving the genetic factors of aggressive periodontal disease, as well as clinical studies involving early placement of dental implants. His research and studies helped shape his belief that Periodontics is the foundation of dentistry. Dr. Moncada is committed to providing optimal and comprehensive treatments that restore the mouth to a healthy state that is free from gum disease. Dr. Moncada is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontics and has served as Vice President of the Hispanic Dental Association. He and his wife, Jennifer, are active Uptown Lions Club members, and they enjoy getting involved in projects that are dedicated to rebuilding and preserving New Orleans music and artistic culture. They are proud to call Louisiana home.

Quynh Nguyen, D.D.S.
Born and raised in New Orleans East, Dr. Nguyen is of Vietnamese descent. He graduated from McMain High School and earned an undergraduate degree from Xavier University. He went on to earn a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in 2012. Dr. Nguyen is family-oriented, and he enjoys meeting people, hanging out with friends, and forming lasting relationships. His hobbies include building computers, and watching Saints football and LSU sports.

Joleen Phan, D.M.D.
Dr. Joleen Phan was born in California and raised down South. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of New Orleans. She earned her Masters in Biomedical Sciences from Mississippi College. Dr. Phan obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Phan enjoys hot yoga, cooking, hanging out with her family and friends, and exploring different hobbies during her free time. She loves traveling and eating good food. Dr. Phan strives to provide quality care for her patients and give them an overall comfortable experience.
